Joint Registration Discount AUD$120 – If you register for the IBMS meeting as well, a joint registration discount of $120 applies and will be deducted from your registration.

- Australian Goods and Services Tax (already included in the rate at 10%, overseas delegates can reclaim at the airport on departure with appropriate tax invoice)
*It does not include attendance at satellite meetings and preceding workshops. These may have associated costs. As arrangements are confirmed, they will be added to the registration process (existing delegates will also be alerted and invited to consider).
REGISTRATION CATEGORIES
Members must be current financial members of at least one of IBMS or ANZBMS
To be eligible for the student rate, delegates must be engaged in full time academic study, provide their student number on the registration application form, and if asked, provide a copy of their student card as well as a letter supporting their status from the head of their department.
Trade registrations include all of the above except a satchel. Some trade passes are included with your exhibition space, and additional ones are available for purchase.
A Tax Invoice (receipt) will be provided for all registrants as the fee includes a GST component, which will represent a credit for some delegates. The ABN for the conference is 90 093 246 176. All rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars.
ACCOMMODATION
A separate page of the web details the options on offer for delegates. These can be booked at the time of registration. If you wish to change or book accommodation after you have already registered, simply email your preferences direct to ASN Events.
SATELLITES and WORKSHOPS
There are a number of satellites and workshops preceding and after the conference. As they are confirmed, details of each of these can be found on the satellite page. Once confirmed they will be offered to you as an option during registration.

PAYMENTS
Payment can be made at the time of registration by credit card (visa or mastercard). All online registrations are checked by the secretariat before any credit card authorisation is sought. It is impossible for the secretariat to charge the same registration twice if you inadvertently repeat the process. If there is any query they will contact you. ASN Events support responsible use of on-line credit card transactions and reports suspected fraudulent activity to Federal police and the Immigration office.
For those who do not wish to pay by credit card, two alternatives are offered. Payment be made by cheque (by yourself or your organisation), or alternatively if you are a member of a group of registrants, as a single payment for the whole group. Group members must include the name of their Group Leader and their email address. Direct debit information is available from the ASN Office once you are registered.
International Delegates - Payment may be made by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or by bank cheques in Australian dollars drawn on an Australian Bank.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Immediately upon completion of online registration, you will be sent a lodgement confirmation email which includes a tax invoice as an attachment. Within 2 working days of your registration you will be sent a registration confirmation email by an ASN Events staff member. If you do not receive both of these please contact the ASN Events office.
TERMS and CONDITIONS
Early Bird Payments - If your registration was made before the early bird deadline expiry, but the payment was not made at the time and has not been received by two weeks after the deadline, the early bird discount will be removed.
Changes - Any changes to the registration and accommodation booking details should be directed in an email to the conference secretariat who will endeavour to accommodate the request.
Cancellation Policy - Registration cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of AUD$100 if made in writing before 21st February 2009. No refund is payable after that date but registrations can be transferred to substitute delegates without penalty.
Insurance - The Registration fee does not include insurance of any kind and the Meeting Secretariat cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Delegates are encouraged to make their own insurance arrangements to cover any loss caused by unforeseen delay, circumstance or cancellation
